While you will have all the resources and tools to work on your well-being, there are no guarantees in such programs. I will do my best to accommodate your needs to attend live sessions, but if you are unable to do so, recordings of all the sessions (coaching and yoga) will be available for you to access on your own time frame.

What Each Call Includes

  1. 30-Minute Lesson (Focused Teaching)

    • A concise, actionable lesson designed to address a key theme or challenge faced by women physicians. Topics may include:
      • Managing stress and preventing burnout.
      • Navigating work-life integration.
      • Building self-confidence and overcoming imposter syndrome.
      • Strategies for effective communication and leadership.
      • Cultivating emotional resilience and self-compassion.
      • Mindfulness techniques for clarity and presence.
    • Lessons will be practical, evidence-based, and tailored to the unique experiences of women in medicine.
  2. 5-Minute Reflection (Guided Journaling or Group Discussion)

    • Participants will be guided through a reflection exercise to process the lesson.
    • This may include:
      • Journaling prompts to explore personal experiences and insights.
      • Small group breakout discussions to share and connect with peers.
      • Quiet reflection to integrate new concepts.
  3. 60-Minute Live Group Coaching (Interactive Q&A)

    • Participants will have the opportunity to bring forward their specific challenges, goals, or questions.
    • Dr. Michaud  will provide real-time coaching to help navigate obstacles, uncover solutions, and offer clarity.
    • This segment fosters a sense of community by showing participants they’re not alone in their struggles and growth.
