It’s only been 10 days since I said goodbye to Social Media. I could not be happier. 

I have read more. 

I have exercised more.

I have connected more (to those who matter the most).

I have journalled more.

I have yogad more. 

I have meditated more.

I have walked the dog more.

I have played scrabble more.

I have cooked more.

I have cleaned more.

I have organized more.

I have loved more.

I have walked more.

I have donated more.

I have listened to amazing podcasts more.

I have created more. 

I have made more workshops.

I have made more lesson plans.

I have written more notes to grieving friends.

I have mailed more care packages.

I have cleaned the fridge more.

I have cleaned the inside of the cars more.

I have vacuumed my dog’s hair more.

I have painted my nails more.

I have called my mom more.

I have reflected more.

I have cried more.

I laughed more. 

 

I am pretty sure I am not going back on it anytime soon. 

You should truly try it.
